Since RC6 all my downloads just stay in the Incomplete folder, and don't get unpacked.
I'm on OS X 10.6.2

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

No, everything else is the same, the jobs download, are removed from the queue, but never movie from the Incomplete folder.
However I've just this minute Force Quitted SAB for another reason, and upon starting it back up I'm getting a whole load of Growl messages, one after the other, about all my jobs from the last few days now Post Processing...

I ran into this very issue with growl and a script I had but this was back with 0.4.
Basically I had a script that told growl to show completed job messages. Have you got a similar script going on?
If so try commenting out the line in the script that tells growl to post a message or just don't fire the script on one of your jobs and see if that job completes.
