I love the TV sorting. I got it to sort it like this Y:\Mediacenter\My TV Series\24\Season 8\24 - 08x09 - title.mkv.
Works perfectly. However. For some automatically added TV shows by RSS feeds. I dont want to have it sorted. Is it possible, somehow, to disable it for a certain feed or download?
TV sorting is enabled but is it possible to disable for some downloads?

No, it's an omission that TVSort doesn't have "affected categories" like the other sort functions.
Instead it affects all categories.
Will be fixed in the next release.

I see.
I am curious on what basis the TV sorting will be triggered. By it's filename? Dexter.s04e12.nzb? or by the extracted filenames?

TV Sorting first looks at patterns in the job title.
Later, some behavior is determined by the content (like moving an AVI file to a higher folder).
