It has nothing to do with connections or downloaden etc, its just:
It says above the web server settings: "Changes will require a SABnzbd restart!"
But changing the language doesn't require a restart, just a save.
And second:
In the Dutch language (version 0.5.0) it says 'Instellen' for Config, but I think 'Instellingen' would be more appropriate.

Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
