What is wrong with this RSS feed? I don't understand.

I searched for TV Show - 6x on newzbin.com, which shows a list of all the shows current episodes in season 6. I clicked RSS, received the feed, then put it into SABnzbd+ under Config -> RSS and clicked add.

Now it's saved, but when I hit preview I get this error:

Incorrect parameter

Failed to retrieve RSS from feed:***: :2:11: not well-formed (invalid token)

Please santise your links in the future. You also had your newzbin fauth token in the URL which is something you don't want to be sharing with others.

Somehow your URL is wrong.
Copy/paste the same URL into the browser and see what you get there.

Before I removed it, I tried passing the URL through feedparser and it seemed fine. Not sure why it is having a problem.

I think I figured this one out.  I believe there to be a bug where any RSS feed that doesn't return results says "incorrect parameter" until it has results.

I have my RSS feeds from newzbin tuned such that the report age is only 1 day (so I can download the newest episode of a TV show with less false positives).  Most of my feeds return no results, especially on a Saturday.  I tried a feed that had plenty of results and it worked fine.

I rarely post or read the board.  If someone wants to file this as a bug once it's verified I'm sure it would be helpful.

How interesting.  I saw "Incorrect Parameter" and never even saw the "RSS Feed was empty" message.  I feel silly but apparently at least one other person had the same change blindness.
