More feedback from API

There is currently not enough feedback through the API.

For instance (but no way limited to):

error: expect one parameter

Not clear at all, had to look at the source to figure out what it referred to.

error: file does not exist

would be nice if the requested file path was fed back to the developer in the error.

As most of the api call descriptions are blank, the wiki doesn't tell you what param was expected but not found.

For someone new to this API, it would have been handy to see how sabnzb translated unusual characters in filenames, i would have looked it up in the wiki, but i would go as far as to say what wiki, there is sod all there apart from a bunch of urls!!!??
