All files end up as _FAILED_ folders

Version: 0.5
OS: OS 10.5.8
Install-type: SABnzbd-0.5.0-osx.dmg
Skin: Default
Firewall Software: None - Airport Extreme Base Station
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? Happens for me every time

Last weekend I started converting/downloading some movies.  My initial Download folder became full and hard drive.    So I cleared out the folder and hard drive and designated a new download folder on my external hard drive.  I also at that time upgraded to 0.5.  Since that time, no NZB files complete.  They either fail to verify or produce a _FAIL_ folder.

It turns out my external hard drive was dead.

What make & model was drive?
