If I setup a mynzbs rss feed from nzbs.org into sab, I noticed that none of the categories take. I went to config categories and added a "pc-0day" with associated "pc-0day" newzbin group, but it was ignored.
Is there a way to setup categories to work for sites other than newzbin without being proactive and setting the category while it's downloading?
Thanks
NZBs(dot)ORG categories
Re: NZBs(dot)ORG categories
The RSS feed needs to have the category assigned to it.
eta; and specifically, each of the filters need the category assigned to them too.

Re: NZBs(dot)ORG categories
nzbs.org doesn't send any category data to SABnzbd. The most you can get is to manually apply a category to an entire rss feed (which wouldn't be super useful for the 'my nzbs' feed, since it could be anything), or apply categories manually when a download starts.
Until they implement an API there isn't much we can do.

would it not be possible that you can associate a category to an rss feed when adding it to sabnzbd ?
Re: NZBs(dot)ORG categories
You can apply a category to a whole rss feed, but that's not useful to him because nzbs.org's "my nzbs" feed is like bookmarks, it could be any kind of content.gazzzmoly wrote: would it not be possible that you can associate a category to an rss feed when adding it to sabnzbd ?
