Restore RSS feeds etc from backup?

I've had to restore my computer from a backup that's four months old (to a new HDD), it may have an earlier version of sab installed now.

If I install the new version again, how do I get transfer all my RSS feeds and settings from the old drive?  What files do I copy over?

It's all in sabnzbd.ini.
Besides that, there's rss_data.sab, but that's not strictly needed and may give
problems when it's too old.
