problem with retriving NZB's (Trying to fetch NZB from XXXXXXXXX)

Ah, got it!  Changed my default back, and changed my feeds to default.

...Now I am getting complaints about the NZB file being 'unusable', but when I paste the url in manually, the NZB downloads fine.

SABnzbd receives crap from nzbmatrix instead of an NZB file.
I heard that they currently have an issue with their API on the server.

I'm having this problem as well. I've set everything to default but I can't get the API to work at all.  I'm using this in conjunction with Sick Beard. I've tried restarting and everything...I'm back to manually downloading the files.

Any thing else I can try? Is there a beta of 5.3 that I can jump on?

Upgraded to 0.5.3RC1.  Now I see that the TV show gets added to the queue, but it just sits there.  Doesn't download.  The logs don't seem to contain much in the way of errors, but I do see two 'Fetching' attempts:

This may be a dumb response but since I was having the same problem once i updated sab to 0.5.2 i thought i'd post anyways.

Have you tried shutting the program down and relaunching it?
Not resetting or shutting you computer down.

First time I shut down, all the setting were reset. 
I restarted my computer several times and still could only download by either placing the nzb in the watch directory or adding it via the web home screen.

After manually shutting the program down and relaunching, everything seems to be working.
I had to do this a couple of times but it seems to have done the trick for me.

Try 0.5.3RC1 and set logging to "Debug" level.
I've tested and debugged this until I saw blue in the face.
Without accurate reports from people where things do go wrong,
I'm never going to solve this.

Had it happen again.  There is an nzb match from the RSS feed, it gets added to the queue, but it just seems to sit.  I've got the logs on debug, but I don't see much in the way of complaints.  Here are what I believe the relevant parts (everywhere where the nzb id shows up):

Do you see the job in the queue?
When you expand the line or click on the title, do you see files?
I see no NZB parsing info, so I suspect there's something wrong with NZB.
Or nzbmatrix sends other data and SABnzbd thinks it's an NZB.

Can you PM me the actual nzbmatrix URL?

Just upgraded to 0.5.2 and getting this now too.

Only been using nzbs.org and as said was using 449 before and worked great, have tried the advice in here and nothing.

Where do you get 0.5.3 from?
