I had a few items in my que last night and decided to shut down SABNZBD and resume later (didn't want to pause - not worth getting into details).
When I woke up this morning in noticed SABNZBD auto launched when NZB TV Matrix Edition (http://two-sided.com/) sent an nzb to SABNZBD via HTTP Offer to Sabnzbd (not download NZB files for SABNZBD to auto look into a folder) and somehow the que of my other items got cleared and only the item NZB TV sent remained. I would have expected NZB TV ME to display an error that it couldn't communicate with the URL specified in the configuration.

Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I don't know what to make of this.
First, I don't know how NZB TV Matrix interfaces with SABnzbd.
If it succeeded in offering an NZB through the http interface,
then obviously you did not shutdown SABnzbd.
SABnzbd has a rather complete API, so TV Matrix can do just about anything with SABnzbd.
Without more details there's not much I can do.

Thanks, I'm not sure what other information I can give and i wasn't sure if it was a bug on sabnzbd or TV Matrix, which is why i posted on both forums.
I thought i saw the shutdown confirmation page. Maybe TV Matrix launches SABNZBD if it doesn't see it running....
I'll try to duplicate what i think happened in a few days and post again if i can get to happen again.

Ofcourse not.
NZB-TV doesn't touch sab's queue.
NZB-TV does one of 2 things:
1) Http-offer: Give sabnzbd the id of the report on NZB-Matrix
2) Download the NZB and place it in the folder you specified. e.g. NZB-Blackhole in the sabnzbd folder.
