How to access Sabnzb outisde my network?

Hi,

I can access sabnzb on all pc's in my network. It's uses http://192.168.0.5:8080/

Host in Sab is 0.0.0.0 and port is 8080. I have opened port 8080 on my router.

Now what do i type in the address bar to access this either on my iphone or in work

And tell your router to do port-forwarding to the PC running SABnzbd.
