Getting sabnzbd started

I have an issue that's been plaguing me. When i restart my pc sabnzb takes really long to get up and running. When i attempt to a access localhost:8080/sabnzbd via (nnzbdstatus firefox extension) the browser keeps saying problem loading page. How do i fix this? (happens in chrome as well)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Did some digging.
If i start my computer and i try to run sab from firefox via the extension, i get the problem loading page error
If i start sabnzb via the start menu shortcut then it loads
So i assume that means it's not in my startup, which is werid cuz when i installed it, i checked the launch at start box. So, given that, how do i get to put sabnzb to run on startup so that i don't have to launch it manually?

hmm i rather not, but thanks though. I have a small work around, i guess i'll make do with that

The Firefox extension will not start SABnzbd.
You should have it already running.
All the extension does tis try to connect to a running SABnzbd.
