I have this problem quite often. Sabnzbd states that it can't repair a nzb because there isn't enough repair blocks. The intreresting is that it looks like sabnzbd only downloads the first par2-file, i.e "xxxx.vol000+01.PAR2" and tries to repair with only that one.
If I manually download all the par2-files and repair (manually) it works.

Most likely, the par2 files do not use the conventional names, so that SABnzbd doesn't
know it should get them.
