Tried changing the port number as well and still no luck.

yes i get this, but it shows me the settings anyways.. if i am using the IP address, if I use local host, it shows me nothing for settings, but everything else works.  Editing the config in notepad++ gives me the same features.

Yea same here.  It shows me the settings and I can still change them.

I had an issue too the other day. I tested CP on my MacBook Pro and everything was fine. Then shut down CP on the MBP and installed it on my Mac Mini server (Mediacenter + download machine) and I couldn't get it to run. Same issue as ZenFire is mentioning.

I then changed the portnumber in the config.ini to 5001 instead of 5000 and now it's running fine..

I think airfoil likes to grab port 5000.

Just keep the IP on 0.0.0.0, it will catch all incoming calls on that port.
No need to change it if you can access it with those settings.

Good point, I have that installed so that could have created the problem.

Finally figured it out, changed the port to 8082 and now it is working fine.

The "720p TC" is a bug and will be fixed.

Does this also include 720p HDTV? Cause I don't want that either..

the userscript doesn't seem to be working anymore on imdb.com

maybe because they changed the site or maybe it happened because i upgraded fromCP 456 tot 460..

I use the latest CP from svn , and for me the UserScript is still working.
So maybe a problem with your install ?

But I am in fact getting movies download in HDTV quality (in 720p) but I don't want that. So that should be fixed I guess..
