Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

I am new to sabnzb and love it very much! Here is the problem puzzle me and cannot find a good documentation from the website explain the problem I am experiencing.
My server setups with multiple network interface, Sabnzbd work beautifully when I have only one network interface enabled and disabled the rest. I can get 2MB / Second download without any problem and the problem prompted when I have another network interface enabled. My download speed turn unstable and very often get 0 download speed.
My box is a standard ubuntu 10 and everything is brand new install. I can turn on either one network interface to get my solid 2 MB download speed...when both network interface enabled, it turned crazy.
Any idea or suggest on how I should update my configuration file to overcome the challenge?
We don't support multiple interfaces, at least SABnzbnd cannot bind to a specific network.
It relies on the OS to solve this.
We're not aware of problems in this situation.
If you want to force a specific network port, you'll need to setup a static route somehow.

I'm using Win 2k8 R2 with 3 interfaces and don't have this issue... but obviously not the same problem since you're using ubuntu. I've actually been trying to figure out how to limit downloading to just one interface, but that's my own plight.
