I am trying to pick a decent video capture card to make a PVR. I plan to use it only for analog feed coming from my sat box. No HD. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good card based on first hand experience?

A country would be useful, and also what outputs your STB has (Component/HDMI/Composite/Svideo).
The hauppauge Cards (PVR150) I've used with Svideo and Composite successfully for a number of years. But I've gone 100% Digital now with DVB-S and DVB-T.

Sorry - I should have included this earlier.
US - Sat box. I want to replace my aging and dying Tivo. I have composite and Svideo on my sat box. So, the card has to handle one of those. I am looking at Win HMC for playback etc.
