Music renaming & Sorting

I would like to know if some of you have any script that takes a downloaded scene released music album and then rename the files according to custom rules from the informations taken from the Id3Tag and then send everything to a custom folder structure...

Like that

F:\MP3\Artist_Name\Album_Year - Album_Title\Artist_Name - Album_Title - Track_Number - Track_Name.mp3

I was going to write myself a program to do that, but before putting many hours doing it, I'd like to know if something already exists.
