Hi,
I've been using the combo nzbs(dot)org and sabnzbd for some time but since a few days the NZB's weren't accepted by sanbznd anymore,
it seems that the problem is that now in the end of the NZB file there is a comment added that sab won't accept:
...
I will also ask the folks @ nzbs(dot)org to change this, but can you please ignore this comment in the code also ?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

It looks like nzbs.org already corrected this issue.
Their NZBs now end like this:
Which is the proper way to do it.
The other way is simply illegal XML and we wouldn't have supported it.
Also their turn-around time is much faster than ours.
It would have required all SABnzbd users that now use nzbs.org to
wait for a new release from us and to upgrade to it.
