I just wanted to know if it was possible to add another user to the web interface. Have a server going and want to add a user for my brother to use, with own folder and settings.
Anyone know?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Not possible.
You would need to run two instances of SABnzbd and split the amount of server connections.

Is there any special way to run to instances at once or can I install another copy of SABnzbd in another folder on the same computer?

Connections are not a problem as I only use 10/20 on my current setup to max the download.

just make a new .ini , on another port .. and start this like you do with the other instance
