Not sure why but some bookmarks are not showing up in the queue.
I tried deleting the bookmark and re-adding it. No change.
I do a force download and the title appears in the downloaded so far list but still doesn't show up.
Or maybe how can I wipe the download so far list?

Don't you get any warnings about duplicate jobs or invalid NZBs ?
If you think the issue is in the data, then remove the rss_data.sab file.
Since you didn't say anything about you platform, this should help you find it.
Stop SABnzbd first.

Ha! Sorry, I'm running Lucid and 0.5.6. No warnings regarding NZBs and I don't see a file called rss_data.sab in the .sabnzbd tree, hidden or not. When I force download, the bookmarks correctly say they've been downloaded so far. I dunno, I guess I'll wait until the current queue is finished and take it from there.

The rss_data/sab file is written when SABnzbd is stopped.
Until that time, the data is kept in memory.
