Hi, searched a lot but cannot find an answer on the forum. I have Netgear readynas duo and set the server of sabnzbd to ssl, port 563, 20 connections. The speed is only around 600Kb with 20 connections?? Strangely when I add a normal server on port 119, 8 connections it go's up to 1400Kb?
I also installed Sabnzbd on my PC (Windows) and there the downloadspeed is 2750Kb (same router) what I'm used to with other nzb-programs.
I shut off all firewalls (PC and Router) but there's no difference. I gave the Readynas a static IP and put portforwarding in the router, also no difference .
Please help?
Peter

Re: SSL slow on Readynas Duo
SABnzbd isn't the fastest program and it wants memory.
How much do you have on your system?
Try scaling down the number of connections.
With many Usenet providers, you don't really need that many to get the best speed.
