Has anybody successfully been able to reverse proxy CP with lighttpd?
I've tried looking around on several forums for a solution, and even trying to work it out myself to no accord :(.
Is it even possible?
It seems the urlbase string within CP doesn't work similar to how SAB or SickBeard do, so it's left me a little stumped.

I can't seem to get CP to download anything for me.  ??? I've double checked basically everything, and the log shows nothing useful (AFAICT). I tried adding a custom quality setting that accepts everything, but it still won't download anything. This is what happens in the log when I add a new movie (apikey and username removed, but they're correct):

There are tons of results on nzbmatrix that should match. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've only tried for a couple of hours, so it's possible. The RSS feed times out a lot when I try to access it manually. I'll try again later I guess. TY

Edit: I guess you were right, it works now.

All my newest downloads are not being detected by couchpotato and just sit in the download folder, not being moved or renamed. I think this is whats wrong:

Not sure if this could be of any help, but for all my encoding issues I use always the django framework modules. I tried a dozen of functions and modules to convert my input strings to ascii and decent unicode and non worked like 100% The django module has a special encoding function, stripping all non ascii characters from a string and replacing it with onces most similar in ascii. I never had a problem since. You can just pull the the files 'encoding.py' and 'functional.py' of the framework zip file to get it working. See also http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/unicode/ or just pm me.

Open Explorer and find the following directory ...\cache\updates where your application is installed and delete the following file:
RuudBurger-CouchPotato-a54b6a7.tar.gz

...then try the update button again.

It should work then.

I played around with this a little bit and it looks like it's just pulling the name of the renamer/download directory. I got the same "Movies, Aspirin and Vultures (2005)" result as you, but when I changed the folder name from "movies" to "test", I got "Test Tube Teens from the Year 2000 (1994)"... which is really a much more interesting movie, if you ask me.

I have just installed CouchPotato and seem to have all of the settings correct - I also have SickBeard installed and have had it running smoothly with SABnzbd+ and XBMC for several months.

For some reason, when performing a search, CouchPotato will just "stall out" when checking if the link for the NZB is valid or not.  Here is the log when it is searching for a movie:
22:13:35 INFO  [.lib.provider.yarr.search] Checking if http://nzbmatrix.com/api-nzb-download.p ... y=00000000 is valid.
22:13:25 INFO  [er.yarr.sources.nzbmatrix] Found: Faster 2010 720p BluRay x264 Felony
22:13:25 INFO  [er.yarr.sources.nzbmatrix] Searching: http://rss.nzbmatrix.com/rss.php?userna ... &english=0
22:13:25 INFO  [        app.lib.cron.yarr] Searching for new downloads, for all movies.
** Of course, I have the correct username and api key - I have checked this several times.

That last log entry - "Checking if . . . . is valid" - is always the last entry.  I refresh the log several times just to check.

If I copy and paste that URL in the last log entry the browser will download the NZB file.

I have tested this with several movies that are in NZBMatrix.

What is odd is that there was ONE movie that actually worked (NZB downloaded and sent to SABnzbd+)!  No others are working.

Thanks for any help!
