As you can see the par2 did repair the archive, but it still failed with a CRC error. Downloading the same par2's by hand and manually repairing the archive results in repaired rar's and successful extraction.

Hard to tell without any more info.
NZB? Was there more than one rar/par set?

It was loaded from an nzb from nzbmatrix. The nzb contained all the par2's and .rar's.
