Post by Mark_Muc »

Hallo!!

Just installed the mew version on 2 servers here @ home. 1. on a WHS-Vail (RC), everything works fine .. GREAT is the service suppert .. WORKING and no hustle.
Second an da WHS 1.0 .. also evertything works fine also service support!!
Thanks to all make it so easly working!!
One Problem still exist:
If ur using IE9 RC versoin the plush-gold interface is not showing correctly ..no downlaods are shown instead a "moving bar"  .. if u switch IE9 RC to "compatibe mode" everything is shown ...

Just a hint for fixing!!

It's actually Microsoft that should do the fixing...
Besides, IR9 is an RC, not a final product.
Also compatibility mode fixes the issue.
Most Javascript libraries (used to implement Plush) need to do lots of odd things to please older IE's.
Now suddenly IE (9) starts behaving like a real browser.
It will take a while for the libraries to support that ridiculous new behaviour :)
IE9 isn't the only one with issues. Plush doesn't work 100% with Chrome-9, while Chrome-10 is fine.

For IE 9, just switch to compatibility mode. Once Microsoft ships an actual release version of IE9 we'll look at fixing JS compatibility.
