Hi
Everytime i download something from nzbmatrix i get a funny file with my movie.
I for example download The Best Movie Ever i get a file named
thebestmovieever.par2.1
Can anyone tell me why and is there a way to let sabnzbd filter it away?

The most likely cause is that the NZB contains a duplicate description of the par2 file.
Files are never overwritten, bu a new copy with the .1 extension is created.
You can filter them by setting the "clean list" on the Config->General page (add .1 as an extension).
