Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Trying to add a certain .NZB, I get no response in Plush (both Firefox and Chrome)
Trying to add the .NZB via the secondary interface /m/ (= Classic - darkblue), I get:
413 Request Entity Too Large
Entity is too large.

I assume you using the "nzb upload" dialog?
I have no problems with the NZB that you sent.
Tested on Windows and Ubuntu 10.10 combined with Firefox and Chrome9.
