0.6.0 RC1 changed port

Upon install (ubuntu) upgrading from beta4, 0.6.0 RC1 changed the port from 8080 to 8085.  It's never done this before after upgrading with prior versions.

It only does that when the port is occupied by another program, possible another instance of itself.
