Hello all,
I'm currently using version 0.4.0RC4, on OSX 10.5.3 and this just recently started. I can queue everything up normally, and the speeds they download are about right... But when I refresh the queue, it's as though I am downloading the files at 15+MB/s. Meaning, the downloads finish within minutes, the folder is there in my completed downloads directory, but there's nothing in the folders. Anyone ever seen this before? I've searched around and found nothing, so any information on this would be greatly appreciates.
Thanks!
Ghost downloads and extreme speed.

Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
Sounds like you may be trying to download files beyond the retention limit of your news server.
Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
Look in the logging, accessible from the Connections page. This page will also show the last 20 errors/warnings.
Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
FIrst off, thanks for the quick responses. Much appreciated. I checked the logs and this is what I get:
2008-06-26 12:26:48,525 WARNING [nzbqueue] -fOld Girl]-[83/95]-[FILE.svol000+01.PAR2]==-- (1/5) -> Unknown encoding
This is listed for all of the files in the NZB. As far as retention goes, I have a 40 day retention, and this is happening with any NZB, even ones that are only 1 or 2 days old.

Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
Could be a bad posting or an incorrect NZB file.
Can you email a failing NZB file to bugs at sabnzbd.org ?

Where did you send the email to?sanchezz wrote: Okay, sent. Thanks for the help
I did not receive anything.
Please add also the URL of the thread http://forums.sabnzbd.org/index.php?topic=815.0
so that I know that the email belongs to this post.
Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
I sent it to bugs at sabnzbd.org just like you said, however this morning I received an email saying that it was just sent, as there was some kind of delay between servers. You should have it now. I did also include a link to this topic in the body.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
Okay, my mistake. I just realized I tried to send the email to sabnzbd.com so I resent it just now.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
The nzb works fine, who is your usenet provider?
Going out on a limb, I'm thinking you get it through Road Runner? If so, then they recently stopped providing newsgroups so you will have to use another service.

Re: Ghost downloads and extreme speed.
Yeah it is RoadRunner actually... Bummer, that means I'll have to pay for it now
Thank!
