SABNZBD+ Error message in history » URL Fetching failed; (), Try again

Hello everybody!

I'm having this problem with sabnzbd. Every now and then an error message appears in the history stating that it can not fetch the given URL. I stopped all other processes hooking into SABnzbd, like spotweb, couchpotato and sickbeard. Still it shows up.

It just keeps showing up. Please help me with this. I cannot seem to find the cause of this problem. See the screenshot I made.

As I have no idea from which site you are trying to get NZBs,
I don't know what could be wrong.

for the past 3 weeks i get this constantly when trying to fetch shows through sickbeard off of nzbmatrix, it also happends if i try to download directly from nzbmatrix in both firefox and chrome. how can i resolve this issue because using this and sickbeard is now useless cause it fails on every nzb i try to download

nzbmatrix is often off-line.
Yesterday it was offline for some part of the day.

I had this error. I was adding the NZB to SABConnect++ from the laptop to my PC with the actual SAB installation. Turns out the PC with SAB had simply lot its connection to the internet as I was messing about with DNS settings.
