Like the title says.

It only binds on the default port: 8080. Ignoring the value set in the ini-file.

You're not using -s :8080 already are you?
No, im not. Neither did i have anything else running on that port.

I fixed it by doing a clean install. Eventho the release notes stated: "Just install over the existing installation".

Anyway i got it fixed, so im happy again :)

Did you restart between changing the ini? The settings are only read at startup as we can't change the listening port on the fly.
