French translation of email-rss.templ (low priority)

Hi everyone and nice job :-)

Some text is missing in the french translation of email-rss.templ.
I've made a patch, but basically "$amount fichier(s)" is missing in the subject and the body. Sent mails only contain a dollar ($).
When you have time, would be nice...
