RSS files get stuck after unpacking

Whenever a file is pulled from an rss feed the icon next to it never changes from the pulsing waiting image to the completed one. This goes for any files loaded after the rss item as well, even if they weren't added by rss feed. The files are unpacked however and renamed according to the formula I set up for TV Shows, the post process script though does not run though. The only way I've found to fix this is to delete all the files in cache directory. Anyone know why it would be doing this?

Do you use the Plush skin? If so, have you tried other skins?
We would need to have a (debug-level) logging file to see what happens.
