I have enter a backup folder path of Downloads/nzb backups in the folder configuration setting of version 0.6.10 but it is putting the folder in C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\sabnzbd\Downloads and not C:\Users\******\Documents\Downloads where it puts the complete and incomplete folder. This in running on Windows 7.
Any idea as to why it puts this folder in a different area the the complete and incomplete folder when I use the same beginning syntax?

One is a user folder, the other a system folder.
It clearly says so in Config->Folders.
You can choose to enter a full path for the backup folder.
