Running sabnzbd 0.6.10 on debian squeeze I have loaded onto a DNS-320.
Recently added downloads, do not show up in the queue, however do show up in the history pane when completed. The only thing I can think of that has changed is that I setup scripting for sickbeard. The scenario is the same regardless of how the nzb is added, via sickbeard or manually.
I've tried restarting and repairing the queue however, they haven't fixed the issue. Anyone else experienced this?

But how about try to repair: stop SABnzbd, then remove / replace the queue directory ~/.sabnzbd/admin/ and then start SABnzbd again. Attention: this way you will loose your queue.

Re: Queue Not Showing Downloads
are you saying there should be a directory queue here? or just erase everything and let sabnzbd recreate?
bookmarks.sab
history1.db
queue9.sab
server.cert
totals9.sab
future
postproc1.sab
rss_data.sab
server.key
watched_data.sab

Re: Queue Not Showing Downloads
No, not a directory. The files you show are the correct ones: so stop SABnzbd, and move the files away to some other dummy directory so that the directory is empty. Then start SABnzbd again and see if the problem is gone.pidass1727 wrote:are you saying there should be a directory queue here? or just erase everything and let sabnzbd recreate?

Too bad. Next approach:pidass1727 wrote:did not fix the issue.
What if you use a different browser (so without stuff in the cache etc)
What if you add another skin to the second interface (config -> general -> Secondary Web Interface), and use that?

different browser: no effect
different main theme, lets me see the queue perfectly. Anyway to repair the default plush theme?

Strange. And you hopefully had tried a system reboot?pidass1727 wrote:different browser: no effect

I still think it's something in your browser (cache, cookies, etc). So: what if you use another user account on your computer, and then access SABnzbd?
Anyway, brute force method: stop SABnzbd, find and rename sabnzbd.ini, de-install SABnzbd, install SAB, start it, fill out the wizard, and ... check if everyting is normal.

Re: Queue Not Showing Downloads
Did you manage to sort this? I' have the same nas (320) just installed 0.6.14, getting the same prob. It's defo not a browser thing, I've tried accessing it on the laptop, pc and iPad and it's the same.
Looking at the sabnzbd log it seems to a pointing to a locale.py error with the queue template, not sure if thisa prob with SAB or the python2.6 install
Removing and reinstalling both doesn't fix it

Re: Queue Not Showing Downloads
Hello,
I have the same problem on a Synology NAS.
For some reason, some day the download queue is not showing anymore. I still can see it on others skins and the iOS app
Already tried to reboot, repair, etc, etc...

Re: Queue Not Showing Downloads
Often clearing the browser cache resolves this issue.
Re: Queue Not Showing Downloads
I have the exact same problem.
Installed new browser which was never installed previously on this pc, also did not show the queue.
When I switch to SMPL white skin, it does show a queue, but after 2 times refreshing the browser, it also disappears.
