Unpacking failed, an expected file was not unpacked

Hi all, I am receiving this error message for all of the NZBs that I try to download. Hovering over the error shows this:

Unpacking failed, these file(s) are missing: How.I.Met.Your.Mother.S07E14.46.Minutes.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-CtrlHD.mkv
I'm not sure I understand the error, since the .mkv file wouldn't be present until after unpacking? SABnzbd was working fine before I added Sick Beard for post-processing. Could this be the source of the error? If so, please let me know what configuration settings I can provide to resolve the issue. Thanks.

Sickbeard only comes to life after unpacking.
Which OS do you use?

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. Hmm that seems strange to me then because I don't think I've modified any settings aside from post-processing.
