This is kind of a two parter:
- according to the wiki, log files should be under "~/.sabnzbd/logs" on UNIX and "~/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/logs" on OSX - but I have both! I'm guessing one might be left over from an old build? Which one would it be safe to trash?
- in the "UNIX location", there is a sabnzbd.error.log file junk up 388 MB of space. Is this safe to delete (if it is even in use?), or is there a way to trim the log file within the sabnzbd gui?
Thanks for any help

Re: Huge sabnzbd.error.log file on OSX
You can remove the complete ~/.sabnzbd folder.
If there's an "sabnzbd.error.log" file in ~/Library/App../SABnzbd as well, then open it and see what's inside.
There shouldn't be one, unless there's some persistent serious error.
The normal log files are rotated and limited to 5M.

Re: Huge sabnzbd.error.log file on OSX
Thanks, I deleted the entire folder and nothing seems to have gone bad (or changed). None of the files in the folder had been changed since 2010 either. Problem solved
