SABMobile: Manage SABnzbd+ from iOS/Android/Windows Phone 7

Hello,

I've just purchased SABMOBILE from the app store, it's a great app however;

After I connect to my server saving the information etc.
I try to open the app again, and all my server information is gone, I have to create the connection information again.
Also, the "searchers" have dissapeared as well, the pre canned ones are not there anymore.

I've uninstalled and re installed to no avail.
Any help would be great.

Hi,

Do you have a jailbroken phone ?

If yes, you need to disable iCloud in SABMobile (in Application Settings). This is an issue which only happens on jailbroken phones (Jailbreak basically means applying a patch on the iOS, and if not done properly, may break other things).

Hi

I bought the Android app but cannot get binsearch-nzb's to get downloaded.

THis is the link which sabnzbd is getting:

Which doesnt work then.

Hi,

For BinSearch, there's an issue because there's no way to get the nzb downloaded in the webview on Android (because of "POST" forms), so you have to use the stock Android browser, and open the nzb with SABMobile. Otherwise, use the very good (and free) MysterBin.

Yes.. It sends the nzb but Sabnzbd every time gives this warning...

Hi guys,

I'm brand new to NZB's in general and have picked up the SABMobile app and have managed to remotely download an NZB which is great... my issue is that when I searched on the phone it only seemed to pick up search results on the first and last default search engine, and even though I entered my NZBMatrix details with the correct API it will not bring up any results no matter how simple the search terms.

In playing around with this I deleted all but NZBMatrix and it still didnt work but now I need to fix the following things;

- Work out why NZBMatrix isnt searching properly on SABMobile
- Reinstate the default search engines

Any ideas? sorry for being noob.

Well I found your website and have manually added all Searchers back in.. NZBMatrix still doenst work though

Hi,

Could you make sure you entered the correct parameters for NZBMatrix ? It often happens to invert username and api key...

Also, it only works for VIP users...

After some testing the problem appears only with the browser included in sabmobile, when I use safari everything works fine..
