Hi I've tried to do some research on this topic without any success although have seen some posts on the internet about it.
I have sabnzbd installed on my readynas nv+.
The folder /c/.sabnzbd/ is the default base folder. Upon specifying /media/Downloads as the download folder, I can't seem to find where the files are going because the path is now /c/.sabnzbd/media/Downloads rather than what I want - /c/media/Downloads. Can anyone help me with this? I have tried relative folders by going to ../media/Downloads but doing this gives me errors of incorrect parameters. Further, I have read that /c/.sabnzbd/media is a symlink to media/videos folder but I dont have that folder either. Totally confused.. please help.

Re: Install on Netgear NV+ Download folders
In SABnzbd/Config/Folders you will need to specify the full path to the folder you want to use ie /c/media/downloads/complete and /c/media/downloads/incomplete
If you used the addon to install on your Readynas the symlink (linking /c/.sabnzbd/downloads/complete to /c/media/videos) is part of what the addon sets up. Doesn't mean you can't change the folders to whatever you want by specifying the full path as above though.

Re: Install on Netgear NV+ Download folders
thanks i tried that but it said could not create folder. have any ideas what might cause this?
Re: Install on Netgear NV+ Download folders
Probably a permissions problem - but looking at my install I have /downloads/complete and /downloads/incomplete as my folders (note the small 'd'). Try these and see if you have access then to your files in /c/media/videos. If not, install the SSH addon and use something like WinSCP to access the NAS to see what folders/permissions etc are actually there. You will probably be better off asking questions on the ReadyNAS forums as this is not really a SABnzbd problem.
