Hello,
This is happening approximately 50% of the time. Sab will download a TV show for me and once it unrar's it and places it in my completed folder, it is prefacing the name with _UNKNOWN_
A full example is: _UNKNOWN_Grimm.S01E19.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION
This is completely random. I am using version 0.6.15

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Thank you, that would explain the randomness of it all. I'll change the download directory in Couch Potato.
