SABnzbd has worked perfectly for a longtime. Recently whenever I add a new nzb. Another tab is opened in Firefox instead of putting new nzb in open SABnzbd tab. Also new nzb isn't in queue when computer is restarted. How do I fix? Problem may have started after upgrading from 0.6.1 to 0.6.15? Also upgraded to Firefox 12 recently. But not sure if either upgrade caused problem?

- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Re-install SABnzbd and make sure you set the association with NZB in the installer.
