070B7 Pre-check option cannot be switched off

Hi,

After switching the pre-check option on for the first time I noticed that all my downloads failed with a message that only 101% or so was available. Disabling the pre-check option by unticking the option box in the configuration menu does not disable the pre-check functionality. I restarted SABnzbd several times and the tickmark shows off but the feature is still on. All my downloads fail now with the message that only 101% or so is available. I checked the ini file and the setting is precheck = 0

Any idea how I can switch the pre-check option off?

Any job that is already in the queue will not be influenced by changing the setting.
Do any newly entered NZBs exhibit the same behaviour?
(You can test by dragging such a new job to the top of the queue).
A quick work-around is to set the completeness requirement to 100 in Config=>Special.

Dear Shypike,

Indeed, a newly added NZB downloads properly without doing a pre download check. I have set the completeness requirement to 100% and now the queued files do download correctly. Just two small things, the completeness requirement in config > special shows between brackets 100.5 as the default but the actual default filled in here is 101. And the email that is send because of the failed download does not show any reason why the download failed:

We lowered the default somewhere in the beta period.
Once a value is set, the default doesn't change it.
You're right about the email, that's an oversight.
