Pauze for post-processing queue

Post by Marcoevich »

Hi all,

I was looking through the changelog, and there I saw there was an option to delete articles that are waiting to be post-processed.

I wonder if there's also an option to pauze the post-processing queue, since my wireless internet connection is a bit overwhelmed when SAB sends the downloads to my NAS device. A Pauze button would allow me to stream videos without buffering :)

Thx in advance :)

Both par2 and unrar are external programs that cannot be paused by SABnzbd.
They could be terminated, but that's not what you want.
Currently the only option is to schedule a post-processor pause,
which will prevent new entries from being post-processed, but the active one will continue.

Thx Shypike!

I can make a schedule that the post-processing queue will be pauzed when I watch my movie. It's not so simple as pressing a pauze button but who cares, it does what I was looking for :)

The main thing holding us back to add the button is that it won't have a direct effect.
Think of the endless support calls this would cause :)
