I'm using a 0.7.0 on OS/X and have setup my quota at 120G and to reset on the 20th day of the month. It is now the 21st and the status bar is showing the following:
81.8 G ⁄ 120.0 G Quota left
I read this is 80G are left out of my 120G monthly quota.
However, according to the SABnzbd history I only downloaded about 1G since the 20th. Is this broken?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
