This is a regression, I didn't have this in 0.6.15 or 0.5.x or 0.4.x before.
Steps:
1. Add an "older" post to the queue, so it will have to fetch .par2 files
2. Watch the download progress normally
3. Verification
4. Post processing, then this happens:
Results:
When downloading a DVD ISO the file will download normally. Then after verification, it will add the same .nzb to the queue again and the post-processing notification shows up. However, the progress queue is stuck on "fetching ... " and won't progress.
Expected results:
Immediately continued with post-processing, then unpacking
Workaround:
I found that quitting Sabnzbd, and reopening, will give the queue a "kick" and post-processing (repairing and unpacking) continues as it should. It will state "Download failed - Out of your server's retention? " in the log, but I will have a fixed, downloaded file in my downloads folder anyway.

Doesn't the post processing just continue?
It's an artefact that the download queue entry sometimes shows up while the post-processing entry is also visible.
Do you happen to have a debug log or can you create one?
(Enable debug logging on the Status page, download an item with the issue until it "hangs", download the log file from the Status page).
