Have you noticed the presence of Config->Folders and Config->Categories?
Both allow you to change any or all destinations.

Default Base Folder:
C:\Users\(user)\Documents
How do I change the default base folder?

I've looked at the config file sabnzbd.ini and I still cant figure out what to change. I need to change the Default Base Folder from
