sabnzbd doesn't refresh screen under iOS 6 safari

I've just upgraded my iPad and my iPhones to iOS6.

I noticed while browsing the normal sabnzbd page that the information on the screen is out of date until I do a couple of web page reloads. Hitting the refresh icon on the page doesn't do it.

This didn't happen with earlier versions of safari on iOS 5.1.

I came across the following article:

It implies that safari may be caching more than expected, and gives some workarounds for the page authors to defeat the caching.
