Since nothing of the moment of crash is logged, the most likely cause is
a problem in Apple Python's runtime libraries.
Is there anything to see in OSX's own Console logging (at about the same time)?
Other than that, please try release 0.7.6Beta1 (see Announcements),
possible one of the issues solved in that, avoids your issue.

Same problem here, tryd to downgrade to the lates version but wont work... Also tryd the new beta version, also dont working at all...

"dont working at all" is not very useful information.
Open a Terminal and type:
/Applications/SABnzbd.app/Content/MacOS/SABnzbd --console
Enter
Check for error messages.

Did you have SABnzbd installed before?
If so remove (or just move away) all data from ~/Application\ Support/SABnzbd and try again to start.
BTW: whick OSX version are you using and did you use the right build for your OSX version.
(There are three builds on the DMG.)

Yeah it was running ok, on 0.7.4 and i decided to update to 0.7.5, never touch a running system i guess ?
I am on 10.7.3 and installed this version, also tryd the 10.8 and 10.6, and removed all the stuff from SABnzbd, still not working. Also lookt into the port, no other Applikation is blocking the standard port.

But it's ok, today i decided to go with a Synology DS3612xs, until this box arrives i download only the important stuff with Unison so far.

Yes i did, does also not work. I rebooted the machine 5 times...
