If you have a long streak of missing articles, this will look like having a slow speed (which is true).
During download, when you hover the mouse over a queue line, a popup will appear which shows show many
articles are already missing. If you move away and back again each new popup will show an update.

As far as I can see its not about missing articles.
On 2 of my ipv6 providers I get time out!
After more investigation it seems only my IPV6 traffic goes completely down!
IPV4 does not suffer.
I need to check if my IPV6 tunnel is ok and that there are no known problems with it.

Since 0.7.6Beta2 it seems to be doing ok!
