I've updated to 5.1.1 and it's still crashing.

I found the issue only arises when im searching for an article and then sending to sabnzbd.

If i just browse through the categories and add it, then it will work. I sent a report recently for this crash.

Ok I am not sure what the issue is but I have a netgear router kaspersky internet security 2013 and nzb 360 and for the life of me can't connect to my pc. I am using the external ip and have portforwarding on in the router for port 8085 which I have sabnzbd set to. I get connection time out. I am just using my external ip in the setup saying connection to my ip refused. I am at a lose. I have tried everything. I hear very good things about this app and want to use it. I am using nzbs.in for my nzb host and they are great. I haven't even gotten to see if it connects to them. It won't connect to my SAB server.

In addition to opening up the port in your router, you also have to open the port in your firewall which I assume you are using for the kaspersky internet security 2013. To quickly test to see if this is blocking it, try disabling your firewall(s) and then try again to see if it works.

And ofc as always, check that you have typed in the API correctly in NZB360 for SABNZBD.

Yeah thats right, use the API key. Make sure you aren't using HTTPS and that you are using port 8085 in nzb360 sabnzbd setup.

From another computer, see if you can ping your external IP address to see if there is any response. If no response then there could be an issue with your IP resolving. Are you using a numbered external IP address or are you using a dynamic dns address?

Also try your computers internal ip address (local address 192.168.x.x)) to see if that makes any difference.

Be sure your firewall is still off when you're testing just to rule out the possibility it interfering. You may also want to check your router and firewall logs to see if it hadn't blocked any connections.

Sparker, I suggest simplifying your setup until you get it to connect, and then slowly add your complexity to see what is causing the problem.

Start with using your internal IP address, with no firewall, and no HTTPS (SSL). If it connects with that setup, then add in your external IP address. If it fails there, you then know it has something to do with your port forwarding/DDNS service. If that works, enable Kaspersky. If that fails, well, you get the idea.

Ok I have disabled my firewall and used both external and internal ips and no luck. I pinged the external ip from both my nexus 7 and the other desktop in the house and it worked fine. Below are my port forwarding in my router.

I have done most everything you have asked. Kaspersky is off and still nothing.

I can't find any router logs in the router admin page. So I can't check them Kaspersky I am unsure where its logs are. I just see activity for apps but nothing showing access.

I don't have ssl/https enabled. Its a plain vanilla setup nothing complex about it.

Screenshot looks ok. Your PC is at the 192.168.1.6, correct? And your Android device is connected to the same network?

Yes its a wifi only device. I just tried it from my phone and am getting connection time out. I will pm you my phones screenshot of the settings.
