If SABnzbd doesn't show warnings about empty files, it means it doesn't get them.
So the problem is more a SickBeard issue. Cannot help you with that.

I've noticed you should use http:// or https:// when you add nzb-matrix.eu to your sickbeard system. Sickbeard doesn't like links without http or https ( as nzb-matrix states on the site )
